Beginner XING YI QUAN Classes (Form Mind Classes)

Xing Yi Quan is moderate exercise and self defense system. Xing Yi is a simpler way to get all the
health benefits of Tai Chi. It is usually never recommended because westerners have never heard of it.


The classes focus on a moderate level of exercise using stretching, breathing and martial art techniques.  
All classes focus on moving yoga which boasts the same health aspects as its Indian couterpart but does
not require the same flexibility. The internal program uses static postures as seen in the well known
Indian yoga but goes beyond this with moving meditation, stretching
, self defense  and development of the
cardiovascular system with moderate movements. The Xing Yi system is known as soldier training due
to its quick reaction self defense.

Tuesdays and  Thursdays at 6:20PM. Saturdays 10AM. Saturdays cover many wu dang aspects

Besides the health benefits, the  Internal Arts provide a no nonsense self defense system that quickly with
out fighting or struggling, neutralizes an attackers threat.
